Three major exploration targets lie within the Armagh-Monaghan Gold Targets, Clontibret and Glenish in Co. Monaghan, and Clay Lake in Co. Armagh. All lie within separate fault blocks in the Armagh-Monaghan Gold Targets area. Several other smaller targets have also been identified along the same trend, while other fault blocks remain untested.

The Armagh-Monaghan Gold Targets that have been defined by the company extend over an area cover twenty kilometres by three kilometres. Conroy’s regional exploration model suggests that mineralisation within the Armagh-Monaghan Gold Targets is influenced by the presence of the Orlock Bridge Fault, with cross faulting breaking up the belt into a number of discrete fault blocks. Gold mineralisation is hosted in a series of transform fault structures that are perpendicular to the main fault systems.
